What You'll Do
As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through our live chat platform. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information about arenaflex's products and services
- Resolving basic issues and escalating complex concerns to the appropriate teams
- Documenting interactions and following internal support procedures
- Maintaining a deep understanding of our services to guide clients effectively
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously improve client experience
- Supporting the updating of knowledge base and FAQ materials as needed
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or support, preferably in a live chat environment
- Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
- Ability to type 45+ WPM accurately
- High school diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and thrives in a remote work environment
