Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, Live Chat, and in-person interactions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide an ultimate level of service to customers in a pleasant, efficient manner via telephone, email, and Live Chat

  • Field inbound calls from customers to ensure excellent service and resolve their inquiries promptly
  • Communicate with customers in a proactive, positive, and professional manner across multiple channels
  • Respond to questions, provide information, and promote products while meeting the needs of the customer
  • Identify the root cause of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine a solution that is best for the customer
  • Maintain and learn product knowledge to be able to educate consumers and suggest products that meet their needs and wants
  • Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions
  • Use critical thinking to help identify areas to improve tasks and maximize efficiency
  • Help wherever is needed and want to learn new things to grow within the company

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the retail or sports industry

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize responsibilities efficiently
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Proficiency in multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and Live Chat
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the sports industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of sports equipment and products
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
