About the Role

As a Strategy & Operations Manager, DashPass, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our subscription business. You'll lead the development and implementation of growth and quality initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing complex problems, developing innovative solutions, and executing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategize: Innovate and work on support strategy within the DashPass business, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. - Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with teams across arenaflex to build, launch, and scale new opportunities, fostering strong relationships and driving business outcomes. - Influence: Partner with multiple teams to bring your ideas to life, including Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Design, and more. - Experiment: Use data-driven decision-making to run tests on new support experiences, retention-driving programs, and other initiatives, analyzing results and iterating for improvement. - Build: Develop new products and launch plans from the ground up, working with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to market. - Analyze: Assess the operational and financial impacts of your decisions, using data and insights to inform future strategies and drive business growth.

Essential Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, growth, or related areas, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong analytics experience, including SQL, financial modeling, and performance tracking. - Proven ability to lead initiatives, hit goals, and succeed in a cross-functional team environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or business field, such as business administration, finance, or economics.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a subscription-based business or similar environment. - Strong understanding of customer experience principles and practices. - Experience with data visualization tools and techniques. - Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a flexible schedule and remote work arrangements. - Strong understanding of arenaflex's products and services, including DashPass.

Location-Specific Base Salary Range

- Colorado: $128,900 - $193,300 USD - California: $136,000 - $214,800 USD - New York: $143,200 - $214,800 USD
