Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and service to our fans and customers across various social media platforms. You'll work closely with our Mission Supervisors to develop and execute social media campaigns, respond to customer inquiries, and analyze campaign performance. Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with Mission Supervisors to develop and execute social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze campaign performance using data and analytics tools to inform future marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's brands, products, and services to provide accurate and helpful responses to customers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our customer support is always on point
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, and product teams, to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input on new ideas and initiatives to improve customer support and social media engagement

Required Qualifications and Skills

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media customer support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Dreamweaver
  • Experience with social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
  • Strong customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to our fans and customers

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

* Experience with email marketing tools, such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact

  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics or Excel
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's brands, products, and services
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Experience with social media advertising and paid social media campaigns

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Work Environment
