Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. You'll be the face of our company, building relationships, resolving issues, and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, provide quotes, and handle order entry with accuracy and efficiency
- Place customer orders via telephone, fax, email, electronic methods, or walk-in (counter sales) with a focus on meeting customer needs and maximizing sales
- Influence arenaflex's gross profit through negotiating sale prices and purchase prices within established parameters
- Build customer relationships to drive repeat business by relating to customers and driving process improvements
- Order items to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained for customers
- Place orders without approval for orders up to $5,000 per line and $10,000 per purchase order
- Source products from branch inventory, distribution center inventory, or supplier inventory to meet customer needs
- Determine the most cost-effective shipping method for customer orders
- Partner with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction
- Expedite backorders and may pull inventory and prepare orders for shipment to customers
- Handle customer returns and other customer service-related tasks as assigned
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; zero to three years of related experience or an equivalent combination
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Moderate computer skills, including information processing, communicating internally and externally via email, using business systems, and searching capabilities to find products on the internet
- Product knowledge is preferred but not required

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
- Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
