Key Responsibilities

  • Enter data accurately and efficiently, using our systems and software
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve issues and achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our processes and services

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field

  • Strong people skills and excellent phone manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
