As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customer service team by accurately and efficiently processing customer requests, orders, and returns. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or data entry environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data entry software

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
