Key Responsibilities:

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Virtual Customer Support Specialist, you'll be handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Your role will be to provide timely and accurate responses, resolving issues and fostering a positive relationship with our clients.

Contract Length and Availability:

- No fixed term contract, allowing you to work on a flexible schedule that suits your needs. - Must have 10+ hours of availability per week, with the flexibility to work at times that suit your schedule.
