Job Summary

As a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician & Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our pharmacy operations and delivering exceptional customer service to our patients and customers. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including data entry, customer inquiries, and resolving client complaints in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including data entry, order processing, and customer inquiries

  • Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely and effective manner
  • Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times
  • Clarify orders as needed to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports as required
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License

  • Previous experience in pharmacy, with LTC pharmacy experience preferred
  • Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Great telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Frameworks/ECM knowledge a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer service role

  • Knowledge of pharmacy software and systems
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
