Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Assistant, you'll be responsible for: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance through online chat support, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions to their queries. - Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, using your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions. - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence. - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using our CRM system to track and analyze customer data. - Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies, attending training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat support - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need: - At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on finding creative solutions to customer issues. - Proficiency in computer applications and online communication tools, including our CRM system and chat support software.

Essential Qualifications

- 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in computer applications and online communication tools

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in the insurance industry or a related field - Knowledge of insurance products and services - Certification in customer service or a related field - Experience working with CRM systems and chat support software
