This is a part-time role with 20 hours per week, offering a competitive hourly rate of $15 – $18 per hour.

Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times. As a data entry clerk, you will work closely with our administrative and logistics teams to process shipping information, customer data, and other relevant documentation. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity will play a crucial role in our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

As a data entry clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: - Inputting and updating data in various systems accurately and efficiently. - Maintaining confidentiality and security of all data. - Reviewing data for errors and inconsistencies. - Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors. - Meeting daily and weekly productivity targets. - Adhering to company policies and procedures. - Assisting with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: - Education: High school diploma or equivalent. - Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. - Typing Speed and Accuracy: Excellent typing speed and accuracy. - Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. - Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both written and verbal. - Reliable Internet Connection: A reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are advantageous: - Additional Coursework or Certification: Additional coursework or certification in data entry or related fields. - Prior Experience: Prior experience in data entry, administrative roles, or customer service.
