Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Processing and digitizing incoming healthcare claim forms with high accuracy, ensuring timely and efficient completion of assignments
- Capturing, validating, and classifying complex data from various documents, including medical claims forms, patient information, and billing details
- Verifying data using automated tools and completing assignments under the supervision of our experienced team leaders

Essential Qualifications and Education
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- A minimum of 30+ words per minute (WPM) typing speed with high accuracy and 10-key proficiency
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet research
- Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing, preferably with experience in healthcare claims processing
- Eligibility to work in the United States and the ability to pass background checks
Preferred Qualifications and Education
While not required, the following qualifications and education will be advantageous:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business administration)
