Job Summary

As a Virtual Chat Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries through chat.

Responsibilities

As a Virtual Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
  • Responding promptly and effectively to customer queries via chat.
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using provided tools and resources.
  • Handling customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Following up to ensure resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents.
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Strong typing and computer navigation skills.
  • Good communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
