What You'll Need
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting or exceeding performance metrics and deadlines
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools and technologies
* Bilingual language skills (e.g., English/Spanish) a plus
