Job Summary
As a Senior Manager, Demand Planning, you will be responsible for developing and executing demand plans that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute demand plans that meet the needs of our customers
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Analyze and interpret sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts and demand plans
- Identify and mitigate risks to demand planning processes and operations
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to develop and execute supply chain strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in demand planning and supply chain management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong knowledge of demand planning software and systems, including Anaplan and SAP
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field
- Experience working in a global environment and managing teams remotely
- Strong knowledge of market trends and customer behavior
- Experience working with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Experience working with suppliers and partners to develop and execute supply chain strategies
