As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in delivering delightful experiences for our users, helping them overcome technical challenges, and empowering them to create amazing content with our AI-powered tools.

The Support Role at arenaflex
As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our users, helping them resolve technical issues, answering questions, and providing guidance on our AI-powered media creation tools. But that's not all – you'll also have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with our engineering and product teams, and contribute to the growth and development of our support processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to requests for new and experienced users via email and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their technical issues
- Investigate and escalate problem reports for product or billing transactions to the appropriate teams, ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
- Collaborate with our engineering team to resolve customer issues or reported bugs, working closely with them to identify and fix problems
- Engage with our product team to translate customer feedback into actionable product updates and improvements, helping us to create a better user experience
- Author and maintain internal and customer-facing knowledge base documentation, ensuring that our users have access to accurate and up-to-date information
- Monitor requests and feedback from members of our arenaflex community through our public Discord server, providing a high level of support and engagement
- Continuously focus on improving our customer support processes as we scale our operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the user experience
What We're Looking For
* Strong motivation to grow and learn, with a high rate of learning and a high bar for excellence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document complex technical issues and provide clear, concise guidance to users
- Ability to thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, working independently to resolve issues and meet deadlines
- Enjoy working autonomously and empathetically with teammates, while empowering and supporting our users to achieve their creative goals
- Experience with providing high-touch customer support over email, phone, and/or chat, with a strong understanding of SaaS B2B settings and technical troubleshooting
- Demonstrable experience documenting bug reports and feature requests, with a strong understanding of 3rd party integrations, event logs, and connection errors
- Experience working with creative tools (Adobe, Final Cut Pro) or creative AI tools (arenaflex, Dall-E, Midjourney, etc.)
Nice to Have
* Experience with common internal tools like Zendesk, Sentry, Datadog, Notion, etc.
- Experience working with AI-powered media creation tools, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and identify creative solutions
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
