Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, chat, and email. Your primary duties will include:
- Answering Inbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner, using your excellent communication skills to resolve issues and build relationships.
- Identifying Assistance Needs: Determine the type of assistance required and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
- Escalating Issues: Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
- Managing Customer Expectations: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized support to meet their expectations.
- Providing Mail Support: Assist the Mail Center Manager with mail sorting, digital uploading, dispensing, and other related tasks.
- Additional Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned, including handling escalations, team supervision, analytics, and reporting.
Requirements
