Experienced Manager, Strategy & Operations - DashPass Customer Experience

About the Role

As a Strategy & Operations Manager, DashPass, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of growth and quality initiatives that drive subscriber retention and satisfaction. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, analytics, finance, design, and more, to bring strategies to life and make a meaningful impact on our business. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing complex problems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing data-driven solutions that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategize and innovate within the DashPass business, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, launch, and scale new initiatives and opportunities - Influence and partner with various teams to bring ideas to life and drive business results - Experiment and use data-driven decision-making to run tests and optimize subscriber retention and satisfaction - Build and launch new products and plans from the ground up, driving innovation and growth - Analyze operational and financial impacts of decisions and iterate based on insights

Essential Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, growth, or related areas - Strong analytics experience in SQL, building financial models, and performance tracking - Proven track record of leading initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a cross-functional team environment - Ability to excel as both a generalist and specialist, building overarching strategies and diving deep into specific issues and processes - Bias toward action, with a track record of leading initiatives that drive business results - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines - Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and customer experience strategies - Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau or Power BI - Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and tools, such as Jira or Asana - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement

Compensation Ranges

The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary. - Colorado Pay Range: $128,900 - $193,300 USD - California Pay Range: $136,000 - $214,800 USD - New York Pay Range: $143,200 - $214,800 USD
