Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers through live chat support to answer product questions, assist with order status, resolve account access issues, and provide general guidance across various industries.
  • Maintaining a friendly, professional, and helpful tone throughout all interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Quickly identifying the root of a customer's issue and determining the best path to resolution using available resources.
  • Escalating complex issues to senior support staff while maintaining ownership of the chat session until resolved.
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions in the internal CRM, including notes on issue type, resolution steps taken, and any required follow-up.
  • Utilizing chat management software, ticketing systems, and knowledge bases to deliver fast and accurate support.
  • Performing basic troubleshooting for common technical problems like login issues, billing discrepancies, and checkout errors.
  • Handling multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Using templates, macros, and saved replies where appropriate, while also knowing when to personalize responses.
