As a Full Stack Customer Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers through live chat to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide a seamless experience. You'll be working with a range of clients, from e-commerce businesses to software companies, using platforms like Intercom, LiveChat, or Zendesk. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support through live chat, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing solutions
- Multitask and handle multiple conversations simultaneously, managing time and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Use internal tools, such as knowledge bases, chat templates, and customer history, to provide informed answers and resolve issues efficiently
- Document every interaction, including customer inquiries, responses, and outcomes, to improve service and inform the team

Requirements
* Type 40+ words per minute and write clearly
- Stay focused in a remote environment and maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace
