What This Job Really Is

As a Full Stack Customer Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers through live chat to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide a seamless experience. You'll be working with a range of clients, from e-commerce businesses to software companies, using platforms like Intercom, LiveChat, or Zendesk. Our training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through live chat, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing solutions

  • Multitask and handle multiple conversations simultaneously, managing time and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Use internal tools, such as knowledge bases, chat templates, and customer history, to provide informed answers and resolve issues efficiently
  • Document every interaction, including customer inquiries, responses, and outcomes, to improve service and inform the team
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives

Requirements

* Type 40+ words per minute and write clearly

  • Stay focused in a remote environment and maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Have basic computer and internet navigation skills
  • Be dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
  • Work a minimum of 15 hours per week

Equipment and Software

* A desktop or laptop computer with updated software

  • High-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload)
  • Headset optional but helpful
  • Comfortable desk setup to ensure productivity during shifts
