Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Safely handling and loading/unloading baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections and guiding incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions.
- Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
- Operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
- Using baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to destinations.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth airport operations and providing exceptional customer service to passengers and cargo customers.
Work Environment and Schedule
As an Experienced Customer Service Agent, you will work in a fast-paced airport environment, with varying shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. You will be required to work between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on operational needs and your seniority. You will also be expected to work in harsh weather conditions, including heat, rain, and snow.

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
- Have a valid driver's license
- Proficiency in English
- Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
- Ability to wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Ability to hold airport-specific requirements, such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
