Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Upselling if required

Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who are:

  • Able to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • Experienced in customer service, with a minimum of 6 months of experience preferred
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Able to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Able to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively

Work from Home Requirements

* Internet Connection Requirements: + Minimum subscribed Download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 MBPS + Minimum subscribed Upload rate equal to or exceeds 10.0 MBPS + ISP must have no packet loss and Ping under 30MS

  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and quiet workspace
