Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced full-stack sales recruiter to join our Customer Excellence organization, supporting full-cycle post-sales hiring across Solution Services, Professional Services, Customer Success, Customer Journeys, and more. As a key member of our team, you'll partner with hiring managers globally (US/ APAC) to develop and execute hiring strategies, build a network of potential candidates, and provide exceptional candidate care. This role is eligible for remote work and is based in the West Coast time zone.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on post-sales within Customer Excellence, ensuring timely and effective hiring of top talent

  • Develop and execute hiring strategies in collaboration with hiring managers and hiring teams, driving results through data-driven insights and innovative approaches
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through passive and active sourcing, ongoing relationship management, and strategic partnerships
  • Participate in special virtual events, including recruiting events, career fairs, and networking events, to attract top talent and promote arenaflex's employer brand
  • Lead or contribute to multiple internal arenaflex projects, driving process improvements and innovation across the Talent Acquisition team
  • Mentor other members of the Talent Acquisition team on a formal or ad-hoc basis, sharing expertise and best practices to drive team success
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager, Recruiting in Bellevue, WA

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of corporate and/or agency full-cycle recruiting experience supporting complex sales roles (post or pre)

  • Proven success in hiring a variety of single-threaded, newly created, and evergreen positions, with a focus on post-sales hiring
  • Experience partnering with and advising managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process, ensuring exceptional candidate care and hiring manager satisfaction
  • Ability to prioritize multiple searches, projects, and relationships, managing competing demands and deadlines with ease
  • Commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience, ensuring timely and effective communication, and meeting or exceeding hiring manager expectations
  • Experience using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), with a strong understanding of recruitment marketing and employer branding
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer on an ongoing basis

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a cloud-based or SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of the sales and customer success processes

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, with a passion for our mission and values
  • Experience using Greenhouse ATS, with a strong understanding of recruitment marketing and employer branding
  • Certification in recruitment or a related field, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with a strong understanding of diverse cultures and perspectives

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders

  • Proven ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform hiring strategies and drive results
  • Experience using recruitment marketing and employer branding tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse ATS
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple searches, projects, and relationships
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest recruitment trends and best practices
