You will work closely with small business owners to understand their needs and aspirations, and tailor our marketing solutions to meet their unique requirements. With a focus on customer satisfaction and a passion for sales, you will be an integral part of our team, driving business growth and success. Key Responsibilities * Train, strategize, and efficiently promote arenaflex's advertising programs through a high volume of outbound sales calls, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance. * Achieve a high level of sales success, with a focus on hitting and exceeding monthly sales targets, staying ahead of daily metrics, and managing rejection effectively. * Work independently in a remote workspace, with the flexibility to choose from a range of schedules, including 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M., or 9:30 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. * Personalize and manage a pipeline of clients, ranging from dentists to florists to restaurant owners, using our CRM (Salesforce) system. * Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex's advertising solutions, and adapt product pointers quickly to meet customer needs, asking probing questions and overcoming customer objections and rejection. * Reap and consistently exceed monthly sales goals, with a strong work ethic and tenacity. * Live organized and manage time effectively to complete daily tasks, with a focus on achieving sales success. What It Takes to Succeed * GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience, or a Bachelor's Degree. * No fear of the smartphone, with a strong understanding of mobile technology. * Proficiency in widespread PC and email skills, with experience using Google Suite and a MacBook computer. * A work environment free of distractions, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage independently without oversight. * The potential to efficiently prioritize duties and manage independently, with a strong work ethic and tenacity. * A valid US sales authorization.
