Key Responsibilities:
As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Applying advanced data analysis techniques, including data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and AI, to drive business decisions and optimize our content portfolio.
- Analyzing customer behavior and preferences to identify untapped opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Developing predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions.
- Streamlining our content release and episode launch process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Testing and optimizing marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention.
- Ideating and developing new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform business decisions.
- Providing ad-hoc analysis and support to stakeholders to drive business growth and innovation.
- Communicating complex data insights through compelling storytelling and visualizations to inform business decisions.
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and data visualization.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages.
- Experience with machine learning and AI techniques, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more.
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creative problem-solving skills to complex challenges.
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with big data technologies, including Hadoop and Spark.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of media and entertainment industry trends and challenges.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
