Job Summary

As an Inbound Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and generating high-quality leads for our clients. You'll work closely with our team to develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, ensuring that you're always up-to-date on the latest information. Responsibilities

* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer questions and concerns

  • Provide detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments with our clients' customers
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review and feedback
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest information and updates
  • Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience

Requirements

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary

  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong ability to multitask, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic work environment

Nice-to-Haves

* Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with our products and services, or a strong desire to learn and grow with our company
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes

Training and Onboarding

As an Inbound Chat Specialist, you'll be required to attend four weeks of training, which will take place from Tuesday to Saturday between the hours of 10 am and 6:30 pm CST. During this time, you'll learn about our products and services, as well as our company culture and values. You'll also have the opportunity to meet with our team and ask questions about the position and our company.
