Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Verifying and validating existing data using MS Excel, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality protocols as a remote data entry assistant, adhering to our company's data protection policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or receptionist (preferably in a data entry or administrative role)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
