Responsibilities
As a Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

- Troubleshooting technical problems and providing guidance on using arenaflex's mobile app and website.

- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with customers, upholding the arenaflex values of integrity, respect, and responsibility.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Independent and driven personality traits to effectively work in a remote environment, with a strong ability to manage your time and prioritize tasks.
- Strong presentation and people management skills to engage with customers effectively, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Ability to work part-time hours and be available during evenings and weekends, with a flexible schedule that meets the needs of our customers.
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services is a plus, but not essential.
