Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative/Call Center Agent, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients in the home services industry. You'll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, identifying customer needs, and building sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and develop your skills in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

* Manage inbound and outbound sales support calls to assist clients in the home services industry

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations

Requirements

* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

  • Track record of over-achieving quota and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school Diploma or equivalent

Nice-to-Haves

* Experience in the home services industry or a related field

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience with sales support and technical service
