Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative – Chat. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and helping our clients generate revenue through lead generation and appointment scheduling. Main Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, including product and service information, appointment scheduling, and lead generation
  • Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, ensuring that our clients are represented favorably in all interactions
  • Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to build strong relationships with their customers
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that inform our clients' sales and marketing strategies
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments in the automotive industry
  • Collaborating with our support team to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in online chat platforms and software applications
  • Strong ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic work environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable for this role:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, including products and services
  • Experience with online chat platforms and software applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Gaming experience is helpful, as it demonstrates a strong ability to multitask and think strategically
