Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and entering data into our systems. If you're a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-centric individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Enter data into our systems, including customer information, orders, and other relevant data
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and data entry
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and data entry accuracy
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with data entry software and systems, including AS400, AIMS, and MySC
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in transportation logistics, brokerage, automotive dispatch, or auto auction

  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, and other relevant software systems
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
