The Role
As a Customer Success Specialist / Live Chat Support at arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely assistance and resolving inquiries through live chat. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt responses and delivering quality support that aligns with our company values. Responsibilities
* Engage with customers through live chat, addressing inquiries and providing product support.

* First Response Time (FRT): Respond to customer inquiries within 2 minutes.
- Resolution Rate: Resolve 80% of customer issues on the first contact.
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve a CSAT score of 90% or higher.
- Average Handling Time (AHT): Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously with an AHT of 5 minutes or less.
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in a remote environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with live chat tools and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers.
