Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Support Assistant, you'll play a critical role in helping our e-commerce team resolve customer and supplier issues related to orders and cart abandonment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Calling customers to resolve issues related to orders or cart abandonment
• Contacting suppliers to follow up on order issues or product questions
• Supporting our e-commerce manager by handling communication that requires phone calls
• Occasionally suggesting process improvements related to customer recovery and communication

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be:

• Organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable making calls in English
• Available to take quick tasks during US business hours, without requiring much notice
• Previous experience in customer support (e-commerce experience preferred, but not required)
• Comfortable working with evolving tasks and minimal supervision

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer support (e-commerce experience preferred)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and time management skills
