Job Summary
As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our students, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their educational journey. You'll work closely with our team to address student inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional support to prospective and current students, addressing their inquiries, and guiding them through program enrollment and completion
- Acting as the first point of contact for students, responding to their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitoring student progress and engagement, identifying areas for improvement, and escalating complex concerns as needed
- Assisting students with platform navigation and technical troubleshooting, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience
- Maintaining accurate records of student interactions and progress, using our CRM system (Salesforce) to track and analyze customer data
- Collaborating with our team to plan and execute virtual student events and engagement initiatives, promoting a sense of community and connection among our students
- Identifying opportunities to improve our customer service processes and procedures, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance the student experience
Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:
- 3-7+ years of experience in customer service, student support, or sales, preferably in an education or wellness-related field
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide outstanding customer care
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and customer support tools (Zendesk, live chat, email support)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for health, wellness, and education (a plus, but not required)
- Bilingual in Spanish (a plus, but not required)
