Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email and/or live chat in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
- Ensuring all messages are answered within 24 hours
- Providing accurate information regarding products, orders, shipping, and returns
- Handling order issues, including cancellations, exchanges, and refunds
- Working with the internal team to resolve issues and improve customer experience
- Maintaining organized records of all customer interactions
- Ensuring a consistently positive and helpful customer service experience
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce setting
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gmail, etc.
- Ability to multitask and resolve problems efficiently
- Dependability and availability to work during America time zones (EST)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience working in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
