Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Administrative Assistant to the Managing Director, you will provide administrative support to the Managing Director and the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records

• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and files using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software applications
• Screen calls and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare and send correspondence, memoranda, reports, and other documents as required
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as needed
• Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and procedures
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
• Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements

* Secondary School Certificate, GED, or equivalent

• 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a customer-facing environment
• Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes is an asset

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline industry

• Knowledge of corporate business cycles and methods, including cost reporting, purchasing, and departmental budgeting
• Four-year degree or 3+ years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with arenaflex's systems and processes
