Key Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

Patient Experience:

+ Greet patients warmly and offer assistance with items and services, ensuring a positive patient experience. + Model and promote client service best practices with all colleagues, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional care and compassion. + Engage with patients by anticipating their needs and proactively offering services, enhancing their overall experience and promoting the shift from transactional to relational care. + Participate in and support events that reflect the exceptional communities we serve, as directed by the Head Supervisor, Medical Director, Region Director, or Store Manager.

Tasks:

+ Advise patients and answer their inquiries regarding medication use, side effects, interactions, contraindications, patient data security, generics, more affordable medications, over-the-counter items, and refer to clinical providers as necessary to ensure medication is taken accurately and health needs are addressed. + Perform pharmacy tasks, including compounding, medication therapy management, and medication management. + Review, interpret, and accurately administer prescribed medications as required by responsibility. + Ensure the pharmacy operates in accordance with guidelines, company policies, and standards, assisting the store manager in establishing strategies to promote efficient workflow, including delegating tasks, planning activities, and soliciting colleague feedback. + Ensure the proper handling of all components of the Honest Intentions Dispensing strategy related to state and federal controlled substance regulations while filling prescriptions.

Individuals and Performance Management:

+ Assist the Store Manager with staff hiring and training, developing the Store Manager's course of action in staff performance by training, providing productive feedback, checking client service, and encouraging colleague development. + Foster collaboration and inspire colleagues by establishing expectations, monitoring and recognizing progress, and promoting a shared vision.

Preparation and Self-Awareness:

+ Maintain current knowledge and required licensure/credentialing/ certification as outlined by government and state regulations to provide such clinical services. + Maintain current knowledge and skills related to pharmacy and healthcare by reading pharmacy-related journals, company publications, and communications, keeping abreast of advancements in retail and management and pursuing accepted practices that would improve performance. + Acquire vital certifications, education credits, and training, including learning modules, as required by the organization. + Seek professional development by observing one's performance, requesting valuable feedback, and utilizing the pharmacy manager and head supervisor as a mentor and tutor. + Interact with colleagues and patients in a professional and respectful manner, upholding the company's values and standards.

Essential Capabilities:

* BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.

  • Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the region.
  • Experience performing prescription dispensing activities that demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant state and federal controlled substance regulations.
  • Certified Immunizer or able to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Preferred Capabilities:

* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and management, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance.
