Role Summary
As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, your main responsibilities will include resolving customer queries, providing product information, and assisting with order-related issues. Our team is the voice of arenaflex, committed to delivering excellent service and fostering customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about arenaflex services, delivery processes, and partner restaurants.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and improve service delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, promotions, and policies to assist customers.
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Work towards monthly service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
