Key Responsibilities:

- Handle live chat interactions with customers to address queries related to order processing, returns, and service claims. - Log in to our chat system at the start of your shift and manage customer interactions efficiently. - Log out at the end of your shift, ensuring all inquiries have been addressed. - Collaborate with our customer service team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support. - Utilize your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot customer concerns and provide timely solutions. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services. - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Position Details:

- Rate: $35 per hour. - Requirements: Must have access to a computer or mobile device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Must be able to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and commit to at least 5 hours per week. A reliable internet connection is a must. - Location: This is a fully remote position, welcoming applicants from around the globe, with a preference for those in the United States. - Schedule: Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, with a minimum of 5 hours per week.
