Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team on a night shift schedule. As a key member of our customer support team, you will provide technical guidance and support to customers, resolving their queries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. You will also act as a liaison between customers and our product and technical teams, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a liaison between customers and product and technical teams, understanding and translating customer needs into technical language and vice versa

  • Providing valuable feedback on the effectiveness and efficiency of the customer service process

Requirements

To succeed as a Technical Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
