Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, social media, and other communication channels to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, ensuring a positive experience for our customers
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate, working closely with our team to resolve complex issues
- Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments in a timely and efficient manner
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Providing feedback on call issues, helping us to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for growth
- Upselling and promoting our services to customers, where applicable
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
- At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
- Be at least 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to type 25 words per minute, with strong keyboarding skills
- A comfort level with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and develop effective solutions
- Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Nice-to-Haves
While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial in this role:
- Bilingualism in English and Spanish (or other languages)
- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
