About the Role

As a Work From Home Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to arenaflex customers, resolving complex issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction targets. You'll work closely with our CX Solutions team to identify and address customer pain points, develop innovative solutions, and drive business growth through data-driven insights. Your expertise will be essential in shaping the customer experience, driving customer loyalty, and contributing to arenaflex's mission to revolutionize the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, resolving complex issues and exceeding customer satisfaction targets

  • Work closely with the CX Solutions team to identify and address customer pain points, develop innovative solutions, and drive business growth through data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement customer-centric solutions, ensuring seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints
  • Analyze customer feedback, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise
  • Work collaboratively with the CX Solutions team to achieve business objectives, drive customer satisfaction, and foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

  • At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience
  • At least 1 year of Google Suite or Microsoft Office experience
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable recommendations
  • Proficiency in CRM software, with experience in customer service and sales environments

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience

  • At least 6 months of experience in the financial industry
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a focus on self-motivation and discipline
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR), Certified Sales Professional (CSP))
  • Experience working with CRM software, with a focus on customer service and sales environments

Work From Home Technology Requirements

* Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions

  • Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
  • A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
  • Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
  • Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
  • ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
  • To validate ISP speeds from a Chrome browser, go to www.google.com, type Speed Test, and run from the Google landing page
  • Both Hardwire and WiFi internet connections are acceptable as long as speed and security requirements are met

Work From Home Location Requirements

* This role is 100% work from home

  • We are unable to consider applicants who do not meet the required arenaflex Work at Home compatible internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories
  • Work from home U.S. based associates are not permitted to work internationally, outside of the continental United States (i.e., Hawaii or U.S. Territories), or California
