Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data processing operations. You'll work closely with our team to process customer information, verify records, and resolve system data issues. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer information and ensuring completion within timed deadlines
• Facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents
• Coordinating with operations, customer services, and account management teams
• Escalating serious operational issues to the Data Entry Team Leader
• Ensuring full compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and other key operating standards
• Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety (including Fire and First Aid) & ISO standards, as well as arenaflex policies and procedures
• Processing client information from transmittal sheets and boxes and inputting data onto SKP or DCS
• Verifying customer records using the system
• Setting up DCS screens
• Transmitting data to customers
• Researching and resolving system data issues

• Good customer service behaviors
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work and communicate confidently within a multicultural environment and with all levels of the organization
• Ability to input a large volume of data onto the system accurately, with meticulous attention to detail and ensuring timely completion
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills
• Sufficient relevant experience working within an operational service delivery role
• IT literacy with knowledge of using all Windows-based packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
