- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents as required
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
- The ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and professionally
- Proficiency with computers and internet navigation, including familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
