Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue and providing accurate, valid, and complete information
  • Meeting personal and team targets, including call handling quotas and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents as required

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • The ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and professionally
  • Proficiency with computers and internet navigation, including familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
