What You'll Do:

* Connect directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and clarify order requests

  • Examine and resolve issues to determine suitable solutions for clients and center partners, and follow up as necessary to resolve issues
  • Complete accurate data entry of solutions into arenaflex's healthcare software
  • Maintain a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
  • Work with empathy, attention to detail, patience, compassion, and thoughtfulness to clients and partners alike
  • Be willing to learn and grow with our team; we share feedback, receive input, and work in a culture of openness and development
  • Communicate with veterinary facilities via telephone (occasionally other channels) with various topics, primarily using our internal software and systems to explore solutions and record center note accounts
  • Expect a significant portion of the average business day to be outbound veterinary facility/client telephone contacts

What You'll Need:

* Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and listening)

  • Ability to multitask (e.g., chat on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
  • Work with ownership, be a self-starter, and stand out with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy where applicable
  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • Proven ability to perform multiple tasks and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to change based on the business needs of the organization
  • Flexibility to adjust schedule and stay at work longer than required depending on the situation by the specialty unit
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive data
  • Ability to pass a personal background check
  • Commitment to punctuality and being your best
