Responsibilities

Requirements
To succeed as a Chat Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll need:
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- An independent and driven personality, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Strong presentation and people management skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple customer interactions
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations
- Ability to work part-time hours, with flexibility to be available during evenings and weekends
