Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Analyst – Business Intelligence and Insights Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize current and emerging trends to assess shifts and develop significant experiences and suggestions to the board, leveraging your understanding of the plan of action and the data available for investigation.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Regularly apply information, measurable and quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and evidence-based management to drive navigation and inform business decisions.
- Project Management: Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to a wide variety of data sets used for data/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business choices.
- Communication and Collaboration: Present results to a broad range of audiences, working in cross-functional teams and projects to drive business outcomes.
- Data Visualization and Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives with data, using various tools and techniques to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications
* Four-year degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as science, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics.
- Five (3) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis.
- Proficiency in analysis software and applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry.
- Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis.
- Proficiency in analysis software and applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
