Job Summary

As a Data Entry Assistant on our arenaflex Database Management Team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and updating accurate information within our database systems. Your primary responsibilities will include inputting data from various sources into our databases, ensuring data integrity, and performing regular quality checks. Key Responsibilities

* Input data from various sources into our databases, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

  • Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity and consistency
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet deadlines and contribute to the overall efficiency of our data management processes
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our database systems and data entry software
  • Identify and report data discrepancies, and implement solutions to resolve issues
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data confidentiality principles
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry is a plus

  • Proven experience in data entry or a related role (entry-level candidates with relevant education or training will be considered)
  • Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with data confidentiality principles is a plus
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with a high level of consistency
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and report data discrepancies
