Job Summary
As an arenaflex Customer Support Representative – Chat, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through online conversations, providing accurate information about our products and services, and helping our clients generate revenue by converting conversations into leads. Responsibilities
* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses that meet or exceed customer expectations
- Provide detailed information about arenaflex products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Assist customers in scheduling appointments and capturing their contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and documented
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of arenaflex products and services, staying up-to-date with evolving features and benefits
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, escalate complex problems, and provide feedback on process improvements
Qualifications
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong ability to multitask, with a preference for gaming experience or other activities that demonstrate adaptability and quick thinking
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company
Requirements
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong ability to multitask, with a preference for gaming experience or other activities that demonstrate adaptability and quick thinking
