Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Global Remote Support Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Utilizing your excellent communication skills to engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or interactive voice response systems
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and excellence
  • Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, while maintaining a customer-centric approach
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or interactive voice response systems
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet customer needs
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
  • Customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex customer issues

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
